Our Independent Living Advisors can provide you with the information and support to recruit and manage your Personal Assistants.
We can support you by:
• Helping you draw up the necessary paperwork, like adverts and job descriptions
• Post adverts on our and other websites
• Send out application packs, act as a Post Box for returned applications (keeping your details private)
• Supporting you to shortlist, interview and contract with your staff
• Providing information on managing your staff
• Providing information on good employment practices
Support from the ILS can be arranged as a home visit or at another appropriate or accessible venue.
Please note the price shown is a typical cost for this service and is dependent on your individual needs and requirements. Once these have been discussed we can confirm a price.
