Staff

Our staff team pride themselves in putting the individual at the centre of their support and are renowned for their positive, empowering and caring approach. All staff undergo continual training and development, and specialist training is provided for bespoke individual support needs as part of the assessment and transition process. The staff are trained to support complex cognitive, emotional needs and behavioural needs of individuals following a brain injury or deterioration in their mental health. Each person is unique, therefore an individual rehabilitation support plan is developed to help each individual to fulfil their life and regain confidence and autonomy.
