NHS North Central London ICB uses Virtual Wallet to enable Rapid Discharge payments to be made to support patients being discharged from hospital.

Designated members of staff have been given authority to raise  rapid discharge payments. If you wish to make a referral, please refer to the relevant Rapid Discharge points of contact below:

Any referrals that are received by PPL before 4pm will be reviewed the same working day. Referrals received by PPL after 4pm will be reviewed and processed the next working day. 

Please be aware that any referrals for a value greater than £250 are subject to an additional approval step by NHS NCL which PPL will undertake once the referral is submitted.
